3 hours of private childbirth education for you and your partner or support person. Sessions take place in your home or at a separate location and can be offered as one 3-hour session or three 1-hour sessions.

- The stages of labor and what to expect.
- Birth preferences
- How to gather information, ask the right questions, and articulate and advocate for your preferences.
- Pain & discomfort management
- Both non-medical options (movement, breathing, water, positioning) and medical options (epidural, nitrous).
- Partner role: birth and postpartum
- Division of roles and responsibilities, and supportive actions during labor, birth, and postpartum.
- The early postpartum period
- Immediate recovery, feeding, newborn basics, and support structures.
