What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your first and last name, your email address, what you're interested in (fitness, nutrition, childbirth education, a package, or not sure yet), and anything you choose to write in the message field.

Please don't include detailed medical information in the message field — a sentence or two about where you are and what you're looking for is plenty. We'll go over health history properly, together, before any work begins.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to us as an email via Resend, our email delivery provider, and land in our hello@erstnyc.com inbox, hosted by Google Workspace. Nothing is stored in a website database, and your information is never sold or shared for marketing.

What this site doesn't do

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are self-hosted. We don't know you were here unless you write to us.

How long it's kept

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond to you and, if we end up working together, for the duration of that work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we'll do it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@erstnyc.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
