Erst offers perinatal fitness sessions, nutrition support, and private childbirth education in New York City, as described on this site. Booking is confirmed directly with you by email; nothing on this site creates a client relationship on its own.

Current prices are published on the pricing page and confirmed with you before any booking. Prices may change, but a confirmed booking is always honored at the agreed price.

Life with pregnancy and newborns is unpredictable — just give as much notice as you can. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice carry no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Monthly packages renew month to month. Package sessions are intended for use within the billing month and do not roll over. You can change or cancel a package with notice before the next billing month begins.

Payments for sessions already delivered are final. If you've prepaid for sessions you can't use, we'll credit or refund the unused sessions — talk to us.
